Policies:
Payment: Payment is required upon sign-up. Acceptable forms of payment include Cash or Venmo.
Cancellation policy: CAL Tennis has a 24 hrs cancellation policy for all lessons and clinics. Any classes not cancelled 24hr in advance is due in full.
Rain/fog Policy: The coach will contact you as early as possible and cancel the lesson for your safety.
Rescheduling: Please ensure to reschedule your lesson at least 24 hours in advance, and work with your coach to determine the next best availability.
Minimum Attendance for Adult Clinics: Clinics require a minimum of 3 students for 90-minutes. If a clinic has only 2 students signed up, the clinic will be converted to a 60-minute semi-private lesson. If a clinic has 1 student sign up, you will have the choice to do a private lesson instead at a reduce private lesson fee or the class can be cancelled.
